Der Habilitationspreis der Gesellschaft Österreichischer Chemiker wird jedes Jahr für Habilitandinnen und Habilitanden im Bereich der Chemie und chemischer Aufgabenbereiche im interdisziplinären Umfeld geschrieben. Der Preis, dotiert aus Mitteln der Monatshefte für Chemie / Chemical Monthly, wurde im Rahmen der Generalversammlung der GÖCH in Wien an Dr. Mélanie Hall (Organische und Bioorganische Chemie, Arbeitsgruppe Kurt Faber) verliehen.
