Double feature defence

Stefan and Michi defend their respective theses

On Jun 8th, we had a double feature of defences in our group. First Michi Buchsteiner defended his Master thesis, followed by Stefan Holler, who defended his PhD thesis. Both did an excellent job and can now officially carry their new degrees of Dipl.-Ing. and Dr. rer. nat., respectively. Michi is now off to join the Fürstner group at MPI Mühlheim for his PhD, and Stefan is already working for Anton Paar. Good luck with both the new jobs from our side!
